Black Actresses Proclaim Time’s Up
It was an iconic time at the Image Awards when six black actresses took to the stage in the name of the Times Up Movement. Kerry Washington, Tracee Ellis Ross, Lena Waithe, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Angela Robinson and Laverne Cox each delivered a message and used their voices to prompt others to “stand by us, stand for us, stand with us” against sexual harrasment and assault.
