Two local men have started a new gun buyback program in an attempt to keep hidden guns away from criminals.
Richard Cassel and former Ohio State Representative Dale Mallory are offering gift cards to anyone who turns in unwanted guns.
The program starts this Friday, and will continue for 12 months. Those interested in turning in guns can go to the House of Hope Church on Elm Street, downtown.
