Convicted Hamilton County Juvenile Judge Tracie Hunter is adding juror misconduct to her request for a new trial.
A motion filed, Monday, claims the jury’s forewoman lied when asked if she was the victim of a crime.
Hunter’s attorney claims the woman was abused by a minister as a child, creating bias against Hunter who’s also a minister.
