A Cleveland Police officer shot a 12 year-old boy, late Saturday afternoon, who pulled a BB gun from his waistband.
Cleveland.com reports that the boy had taken a black gun, that was sitting on a table, and put it in his waistband. A rookie officer told the boy to put his hands up. When the boy pulled out the gun, the officer fired shots at him.
One of the shots hit him in the stomach, and he was taken to local Cleveland hospital. He is currently in serious condition.
