One week after nearly drowning in a swimming pool, Usher Raymond V is out of the hospital and looking good.

According to CBS Atlanta, the 5-year-old, who goes by the nickname Cinco, returned to school today with a bandage on his arm. He was also spotted leaving Mighty Jumps, an indoor play center in Atlanta, with his grandmother.

As we reported earlier, Usher’s oldest son got his arm stuck in a pool drain last week under the supervision of his Aunt Rena.

Cinco’s mother Tameka Raymond blamed Usher for the accident and filed an emergency custody hearing, claiming that her ex-husband was an attentive father. After a short trial, an Atlanta judge dismissed the case.
