Newport Police are looking for the driver, who ran from a deadly crash.
Officers found the body of 39 year-old Jordan McElroy in the passenger seat of a car that ran into a concrete wall off Monmouth Street, yesterday.
Police believe McElroy had been in the car for at least an hour.
