Cincinnati Police are promising to find the person who shot a Purcell Marian High School student to death.
Police say 17 year-old Kelsey Crowe was found late Saturday in her car, with a wound to the head.
Crowe was one of three teens shot outside the Melrose YMCA in Walnut Hills.
