A Maryland state attorney is planning to file charges against the six police
officers involved with the death of Freddie Gray.
In a Friday press conference, Attorney Marilyn Mosby has ruled the death of Gray as a homicide. She believes there is probable cause to also file manslaughter and misconduct charges.
