A Northern Kentucky deputy sheriff is under fire for handcuffing children in a school.

The ACLU has filed a lawsuit against Kenton County Sheriff Kevin Sumner, for illegally handcuffing and restraining two elementary school students.

A school employee at Latonia Elementary caught Sumner handcuffing the child, which has caught a lot of attention on Youtube.
