Cincinnati Police are looking for 24 year-old Thomas Stidhum, on charges of killing a runner with his car last month.
The indictment unsealed, Wednesday, accuses Stidhum of aggravated vehicular homicide, failure to stop, and tampering with evidence.
57 year-old Katherine Chatfield was struck while taking part in the Seven Hills Run.
