A lawsuit has been filed against an out-of-town apartment landlord for not improving its living conditions.
The national Department of Housing and Urban Development filed a motion in court, saying that substantial improvements need to be made to apartments like the Shelton Apartments in Westwood.
Last December, a Hamilton County Common Pleas judge ruled five apartment communities public nuisances, which included the Shelton Apartments.
