V.A. officials say director Jack Hedrick retired under pressure, Thursday, and chief of staff Barbara Temmick has been suspended and faces termination.
They’re also facing possible criminal charges after whistleblowers came forward with a laundry list of problems that prevented veterans from receiving adequate care.
