Cincinnati Police will release more details, today, in the arrest of a man in connection with shootings at the Queen City Tower Complex.
A federal grand jury indicted Rayshawn Harold, Thursday, for possession of the gun used in the shootings. Several windows in the Great American Tower and Key Bank Tower were shattered by gunfire, last year.
Harold was charged, last year, with opening fire into a metro bus during a Mt. Auburn gunfight.
