Billy Paul, the soul artist known for his hit “Me and Mrs. Jones”, has reportedly passed away.
NBCphiladelphia.com reports that the grammy award-winning singer passed away from cancer at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, early Sunday morning. He was 81 years old.
Paul released over a dozen amount of albums in his lifetime, but “Me and Mrs. Jones” was his biggest hit. Check out the video above, if you want to take a trip back to memory lane.
