West Point Military Academy is investigating a photo that shows 16 black female cadets raising their fists outside  military barracks.

The photo, seen above, has been shared widely on social media and the military community. The Army Times reports that complaints have been filed, saying that the women violated Department of Defense Directive 1344.10.

Mary Tobin, a 2003 West Point Grad, called in to the TJMS, Monday morning, to speak with Roland Martin and defend the ladies pictured. Take a listen to the interview, below.
