West Point Military Academy is investigating a photo that shows 16 black female cadets raising their fists outside military barracks.
The photo, seen above, has been shared widely on social media and the military community. The Army Times reports that complaints have been filed, saying that the women violated Department of Defense Directive 1344.10.
