Cellphone video footage of Louisiana cops shooting a man, while he was pinned to the ground, has surfaced online.
NBC News reports that Baton Rouge Police were called to a convenience store, where Alton Sterling was selling CDs and had reportedly threatened someone with a gun. When the police arrived, an altercation happened between them and Brown. It later resulted with the police pinning down Brown and shooting him.
Brown was 37 years old, and was a father of five. The cops involved in the altercation are on administrative leave, while an investigation takes place.
