The New Black Panther Party will plan to open carry firearms, if legal, during their demonstration at next week’s Republican National Convention.
In an interview with Reuters, chairman Hashim Nzinga said, “If it is an open state to carry, we will exercise our second amendment rights because there are other groups threatening to be there that are threatening to do harm to us”.
According to the Ohio Attorney General’s page, Ohio does not have laws that regulate the “open” carry of firearms. The convention takes place next week.
