Cincinnati residents, schools, and businesses are still recovering from last Sunday’s flash floods.
A lot of damage was reported in Norwood, as floods damaged many basements. The local red cross is struggling to meet demand for shelters, as the flooding damaged many homes.
Norwood city schools, Roger Bacon High School, and St. Bernard are closed again, for the second straight day, as they clean up from the floods.
