The advice center is taking place at Union Station for two sessions: 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m. The new initiative is a part of an upcoming OWN show called “Help Desk,” hosted by Gotham Chopra, the son of Indian health guru Deepak Chopra.

Vanzant, the host of popular therapy show “Iyanla: Fix My Life,” is the author of 16 books, including 5 New York Times’ best sellers.
