Speeding and drugs are being blamed for an Avondale crash that sent two pedestrians to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Cincinnati Police say a driver lost control of his vehicle on Vine Street, yesterday. The driver jumped a curb, and hit a woman and a 12 year-old girl. The car pinned them both against an apartment building.
There’s no word of any charges against that driver.
