Ohio is under a state-wide energy emergency.
Governor John Kasich issued the declaration this past weekend because of a propane gas shortage caused by this month’s cold snap.
The order will speed up shipments of propane to suppliers and Ohio residents who rely on the gas to heat up their homes.
