Gladys and Gerald are in their early 50’s. They’ve been dating for 3 years and engaged for one year. The first two years of the relationship they lived apart until they moved in together a year ago. Gerald is the bread winner and primary provider. Gladys job is very flexible so most times she works from home. He believes after working 40+ hours a week he expects dinner to be ready when he gets home. Since the engagement Gerald has noticed that Gladys stopped making the bed and she rarely cooks anymore. Geraldis having a hard time understanding why the simple things aren’t done especially since Gladys works from home. He is a firm believer in traditional gender roles.
