*As much as people love when celebrities feud, it’s nice to see two fan favorites make up!
Oprah Winfrey and Snoop Dogg managed to put their differences aside, meet for the first time and make up with the awesome photo above.
The photo is captioned by Oprah at a pre-Oscar party last Friday, ”our first meeting. Say WHAAAT??!! #Oscarparty.”
That’s the way to do it (leave a feud in the past that is)!
But how could two legends feud for seven years and have never met?
Well, that’s easy. Many celebrities use Twitter as a vessel to hate each other.
But these two feuded over something that had nothing to do with shade or beef via social media.
Oprah criticized hip-hop culture and rap music for misogynistic themes and named Snoop Dogg (or Snoop Lion, whichever is preferred) as one of the rappers to blame.
But Snoop didn’t stand for the criticism — firing back!
“I don’t like her no more. I really was offended, because I kind of like her,” he said. “Liked her. I’m very articulate, very intellectual. She didn’t even get a chance to even know me.”
A second photo was posted with the pair and Gayle King — captioned “Black History.”
Could that mean the feud is history? It looks like it.
