Cincinnati School for Creative & Performing Arts student Dorien Watson has landed a major role as the voice of “Ira” in Pixar’s new original series, Win or Lose!

The school shared the news on social media Monday morning, celebrating the 13-year-old’s achievements. Support poured in from the community, with one commenter recalling:

“He’s the one who would roller skate down to the spirit shop from Black History Month rehearsals! So multi-talented; he’s always impressing me! I can’t wait to see his episode!”

Win or Lose, Pixar’s first-ever original series, follows the perspectives of eight different characters as they gear up for a championship softball game. The series dives into their experiences, from the self-doubting kids and overbearing parents to a lovesick umpire, offering a mix of humor, emotion, and unique animation styles.
