The rapper (born Mason Betha) has officially left his Atlanta church, El Elyon International, and according to TMZ, is currently booking shows throughout the Los Angeles area.
In 1999, Mase “retired from rap” to pursue his calling in ministry. Preaching the values of family and marriage, he amassed a large devout following, that also included a church campus in Phoenix.
