A criminal trial is scheduled to start this morning for Hamilton County Judge Tracie Hunter.
A 12 person jury was seated yesterday in Judge Norbert Nadel’s courtroom.
Hunter, who’s facing nine felony charges, is accused of misusing a court credit card and back-dating documents.
