A career criminal could spend the rest of the rest of his life in prison for killing a Cincinnati father of six.
Frank Curtis was sentenced, Wednesday, to at least 31 years in prison for his conviction on murder and robbery charges.
Curtis gunned down Daryl Chapman, last year, during a holdup.
