Nick Cannon and girlfriend Brittany Bell welcomed their second child on Instagram Christmas Day.
Bell a former Miss Arizona USA stated “The best gift ever we have been surprised with…A GIRL!!!!!”
The couple also have a 3 year old son named Golden.
