Looks like Ohio is going to raise the minimum wage up to a whole 10 cents on Jan 1st 2021.

Base pay for tipped employees is rising from $4.35 to $4.40 an hour. Employees will bring home $325 for a 40-hour work week with pay at $8.80 an hour. In 2006, Ohioans passed a constitutional amendment that raises the minimum wage each year to account for inflation.
