The city of Miami Beach declared a state of emergency with a curfew beginning at 8pm for the South Beach Entertainment district. Spring break crowds have overwhelmed cities resources and businesses in the past few days. Massive college spring breakers and visiting youth crowds have taken over the streets and have residents concerned. The Mayor expects the curfew the last at least 72 hours.
