Andy Dalton went 22 of 33 for 243 yards with touchdown passes to Marvin Jones, Tyler Eifert, and Jeremy Hill.
The Bengals have a bye this weekend, but will play the Steelers in Pittsburgh on November 1st. The game will be on CBS.
