Every woman knows the old saying “pain is beauty!” That applies to many aspects of our lives including our soles. Over the weekend plenty of heels were clicking in the 5-1-3 from Cincinnati Music Festival at Paul Brown Stadium to the Black Taste in Over the Rhine and the Empower Me expo at Duke Energy Center. If you were one of the lucky ones whose dogs weren’t barking at the end of it all and without pain by time you arrived to one of the many after parties, congratulations. For most of us enduring the pain in 3″ & 4″ stilettos for long periods of time and refusing to switch to flats can lead to serious problems.
