Police are in search of car and driver involved in a hit and run on February 8th.
Police said that on Feb. 8, Ronald Taylor was walking northbound in the curb lane on Martin Luther King Boulevard, about 80 feet south of Butler Street when he was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle left the scene, police said.
Witnesses at the scene advised officers that Taylor came up over the vehicle when struck and landed on the roadway, police said.
Police said there was a piece of the vehicle left at the scene, which belonged to a 2005-2008 Toyota Corolla. Witnesses also stated that the suspect vehicle was a small green car.
