A New York appeals court panel questioned lawyers for officer Daniel Pantaleo pertaining to releasing the cop's disciplinary records more than a year after the fatal chokehold death of Eric Garner. A lower court has ordered the release of the records, but lawyers for Mayor Bill de Blasio have appealed the decision.
