The city of Baltimore’s chief financial officer has been tapped to take over as the new city manager for Cincinnati.
Mayor John Cranley introduced Harry Black, on Wednesday, as his nominee to replace Milton Dohoney.
Once confirmed by city council, Black will assume the job in September.
