Is he hating or is it just his opinion? Music legend Elton John, who was also apart of the current soundtrack as well as the original and stage show, gave his opinion on the soundtrack. Surprisingly, according to sources Elton John said, ” The Lion King [soundtrack] was a Huge disappointment.” He went on to say, “I believe they messed the music up.”
