Michael Sam, the first openly gay NFL recruit didn’t make the final cut for the St. Louis Rams. However, he flew into Dallas last night and, according to sources, if he passes the physical the Dallas Cowboys will sign him to their practice squad. The Cowboys now have 10 players on their practice squad and will have to cut someone to make room for Sam.
