A new era in Cincinnati begins, as Harry Black starts his job today for the city.
The newly-hired city manager has told press that he’ll be investing his time on making the city, “data driven”. His goal is to use data to measure success of programs and services around the city.
Black will be replacing Milton Dohoney, who left his position earlier this year.
