Niyia L. Whitsett quickly found a connection to help address issues that she had to face while in her youth.  Her passion is to help heal the hurting while giving them tools for their mind that will allow them to blossom and be made whole. Her gift of reconciliation allows her to connect with women of all ages to help them live life past any emotional trauma.

Niyia is a visionary with great faith, multimedia personality, author, grief facilitator, lifestyle consultant and the Director of Kingdom Operation, Inc.  Her unique approach is very uplifting to women and girls through empowering conversation.

Beyond etiquette, she offers a total approach to true beauty inside out.  She is the driving force behind HISStyle, The Caution Project, Mission 31 Vitality, Being A Girl and more.  She is currently working on her second novel which will be a sequel to her first one titled Scarred.  She sits on the board for several non-profits that support literacy, self-esteem and victims of domestic violence.
