The Justice Department and FBI are launching an investigation into the fatal police shooting of a man at a Beavercreek Walmart, last month.
22 year-old John Crawford III was shot to death, after police say he refused to drop the gun he was carrying.
The weapon turned out to be an unloaded air rifle. A grand jury decided not to indict the officers involved.
