4. You never take a break
You may think staying focused will keep you ahead of feeling stressed or overwhelmed. But taking a break from work is actually crucial in keeping you sane! Even a small break every 50 minutes can help you produce better results, be more creative and to remain calm. Go grab a cup of coffee with your coworker or just take a walk around the block.
