Convicted Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge, Tracie Hunter, will make another case for a new trial today.
Hunter’s attorney claims the jury forewoman lied on her jury questionaire, when she denied being a crime victim.
Prosecutors say the forewoman answered honestly, and the acclaims are an attempt by Hunter to deflect wrongdoing.
