Changes to Cincinnati’s vicious dog law are going to city council.
A council committee approved a proposed dog ordinance, yesterday, that requires dogs to be leashed, and creates an animal task force that would deal with irresponsible pet owners.
Bans on pitbulls were written out of the proposal.
