Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge Tracie Hunter wants the Ohio Supreme Court to assign a new judge for her upcoming trial.
Her defense attorney, Clyde Bennett, wants Patrick Dinkelacker off the case, claiming bias from when he was an appeals court judge.
Hunter goes on trial in June on seven felony counts, however her supporters are petitioning Hamilton County officials to stop her persecution. Check out the video above.
