A three month plan to reduce the violence in Cincinnati could be rolled out as early as this week.
Police chief Jeffrey Blackwell delivered his crime fighting proposal, yesterday, to city manager Harry Black who will review it.
Black ordered the chief to come up with a crime prevention strategy last week, after a spike in the number of shootings and murders over the past month.
