Cincinnati Police are moving quickly to prevent any trouble, stemming from a deadly officer-involved shooting.
Top police officials met last night with Quandiver Hicks’s family, after a black lives matter protest. Chief Jeffrey Blackwell and his lieutenants expressed their condolences, and shared the process for investigating the shooting.
Hicks was shot and killed, Tuesday night, when police say he pointed a rifle at officers.
