A flash flooding in Brown County killed a pregnant mother and her two sons.
WCPO reports that the Red Oak Creek flooding, in Ripley, lifted Vicki Kenner’s double-wide home from her foundation and killed them.
The Red Cross has set up a hotline for anyone affected to call for help.
