The University of Cincinnati released a new report, detailing the shooting of Sam DuBose.
Kroll Inc., an investigation firm, provided a review of the incident, saying that the shooting was “entirely preventable”. The report also includes a set of recommendations on UCPD policies and procedures.
The attorney for Sam DuBose’s family told WCPO that the report does not go far enough, and does not acknowledge the discriminatory policy in regards to traffic stops.
