The Birmingham, Alabama native talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about joining the hit show and touring with Wendy Williams this summer.
“It’s been a blessing helping out on the show to help this little South African boy learn these American words. They started asking around the Hollywood services for black correspondents and I treated it like any other job, “I guess I didn’t get it.”
Opening for Wendy Williams Sit-Down Tour:
“I will never stop singing that woman’s praises. I know she says a lot of stuff about people but if Wendy needs $5, I’ll give her $10.”
The Daily Show airs weeknights, 11p/10p CST.
