Black Lives Matter Cincinnati is joining the protests over a grand jury’s decision to not charge a Cleveland police officer in the death of Tamir Rice.
It became official, Monday, 13 months after the 12 year-old was shot while holding what authorities discovered was a pellet gun.
The march last night went from Over The Rhine to Cincinnati Police headquarters.
